EVERYONE CAN JOIN IN
We want you to be able to participate in all classes regardless of experience. Our instructors make sure that you are involved and that each participant determines how hard they want to train. In the exercices feel unfamiliar remember that practice makes perfect. The next session will be easier.

MIND FLEXIBILITY & STRENGTH
Training thar creates harmony in both the body and soul where you improve strength, posture and flexibility. Based on your own conditions to create a calm, focused mind, a sense of wholeness and satisfaction. Perfect for reducing everyday srtess and imbalance.

WORK STRENGTH & PULSE
High-pulse classes that improve endorance and strength. For people who do not want advanced choreography but just a complete physical challenge. A simple, complete and effective workout.
(Work-classes: Body Combat, Body Step, Aerobics, Step, Power Box and Spinning)
MOVE DANCE & COORDINATION
An effective training category that improves coordination, rhythm and fitness. The classes are based on traditional aerobics but with inspiration and influences from the world of dance. Experience the joy of movement at its best.
